With regard to reviews, I write them honestly, writing up the positive as well as the negative as that is what my readers value.

I found your blog via a link from Lydia’s The Perfect Pantry. Would love to help test here in Brazil if your recipes aren’t too exotic – not always easy to find everything I need here, but do travel every once in a while to the big city – Belo Horizonte. Hi Peter! Thank you for the offer. Have a look through the recipes tagged as ‘my recipes’ and see if anything looks suitable for you, if they do please do a short write up of the recipe – what you liked/disliked, if the recipe worked ok etc and then either blog it or email it to me.

I don’t usually comment on blogs but had to on yours. You have a very unique writing style. A lot of people don’t have that touch, they just drone on and on in the most boring way.
